Fellows são eleitos para usar a abreviatura FRSA após seus sobrenomes.

A admissão para a Fellowship é feita por nomeação ou aplicação (revista por um juri de admissões). Fellows nomeados fazem menção de terem sido eleitos para a sociedade tendo demonstrado realização ou potencial relacionado `as artes, manufaturas e comércio.

Fellows são desde empreendores sociais, líderes comunitários, artistas e jornalistas, a arquitetos, engenheiros e muito mais.

Fellows afirmam que a fellowship é um prêmio e uma grande honra.

Samuel Quinto Feitosa, FRSA (born September 5, 1973) is a Brazilian pianist of jazz, pop, gospel, and classical music, as well a conductor, music producer, composer, arranger, educator, and writer who has lived in Portugal since 2004. Quinto grew up in Salvador, where he developed his art mainly on piano. He is a His Excellence Honorary Consul by American Diplomatic Mission of International Relations and Ambassador by Noble Order for Human Excellence.
